Once payment has been made and ticket paperwork has been issued, no refunds can be made by lanzarotestaggeringwalks.com, for :-
a) Flight cancellation (see additional note a) below)
b) Incorrect details on tickets or flight paperwork (see additional note b) below)
c) Illness or any reason preventing named passengers from flying.

Additional Costs
Additional costs incurred from baggage excess, meals/ beverages/ motorised transport (to and from airports) that have not been included on the booking form,

a) in the event of flight cancellation, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder/s to seek any reparation or compensation through the flight operator. Some credit
card companies insure you from monetary loss (in the event of flight cancellation) if you have paid for the flight using their card. You are advised to contact your
issuing authority, to check this when making flight purchases.
b) It is imperative that you correctly spell your name and correctly quote your departure airport. Once flight tickets/paperwork have been issued, no alteration or
cancellation can be accepted.
