Apartment 95 Las Coronas
Description
Our stylish and modern 1st floor apartment is home from home overlooking the sea on a private
residential complex.
Our bedroom has a king size bed and is fitted with co-ordinating wardrobes and a safe. All linens and
towels are provided. In addition we also provide an iron and ironing board along with a hairdryer, and
for kiddies we provide a travel cot, baby bath and high chair. The tiled bathroom has a large walk-in
shower, single bowl vanity sink unit and toilet.
Kitchen facilities include a 3 ring hob oven, George Foreman grill, fridge freezer, washing machine,
microwave, kettle, toaster, cafeteria and all usual kitchen utensils and glassware along with seating at a
breakfast bar.
Our luxurious lounge includes 2 large sofa beds (sleeping 2+), TV with BBC, BBC2, ITV channels plus
DVD with a wide variety of films, and a CD player.
The patio area overlooks the sea with breathtaking views and we provide a comfortable patio set with
parasol and matching cushioned sun beds.
Las Coronas is set in beautifully maintained palmed grounds with a large pool, kids pool and paddling
pool (no lifeguards). There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks with satellite TV. There is also a
tennis court, for which we provide two rackets and balls in our apartment. The beach is located 250m
away and can be reached by a private gate leading off the complex, this also leads to the promenade
stretching the length of Costa Teguise coastline. Additional facilities on the complex includes a car
rental and a superb restaurant.
